Wedding services

We plan weddings in Georgia end to end. Batumi and Adjara are home, so an Adjara wedding is not a list of services to us but a familiar sequence of decisions.

You can hand over everything, from choosing the venue and preparing documents to decor, the show programme and transfers. You can also take single parts if you are planning some of it yourself.

Planning and ceremonies

The structure of the wedding: timelines, documents, coordination and the ceremony itself.

  • Full-service planning

We run the preparation from the first conversation to the wedding day: concept, estimate, venue, vendors and timeline. You make the decisions, we are answerable for the execution.

  • Wedding day coordination

If you have planned everything yourself, we will take the day. A coordinator meets the vendors, holds the timeline and settles whatever happens off camera.

  • Official registration and documents

Marriage registration at the House of Justice takes a single day and is open to foreign citizens. We prepare the paperwork and book a time that suits you. Translations, notarisation and an apostille on the certificate are arranged as well.

  • Symbolic and outdoor ceremonies

A ceremony on the shore, in a garden or on a terrace above the sea. We find the spot, build the altar, and shape the script, the music and the part your family plays. Legal registration can be held separately if you prefer.

  • Orthodox church wedding

Georgia is a country of ancient churches, and a church wedding here is possible for couples who meet the conditions of the parish. We agree the date with the priest, explain the requirements and prepare everything needed.

  • Elopement for two

A ceremony with no guests: only the two of you, a photographer and a view worth travelling for. A day like this comes together quickly, from sunrise in the mountains to dinner by the sea.

Decor and styling

The visual language of the day, from the palette down to the detail on the table.

Decor and styling
  • Decor and styling

We build the design concept: palette, materials, light, textiles and table settings. Sketches come first, then we install everything at the venue on the day.

  • Floristry

Bridal bouquet, boutonnieres, arch and table arrangements. We work with seasonal flowers and local greenery so the styling looks grown rather than imported.

  • Wedding cake and candy bar

A cake made to your taste and a dessert table in the same key as the rest of the day. We agree fillings, design and serving, allowing for the heat and the time it goes out.

  • Fireworks and special effects

Cold sparklers, heavy smoke for the first dance, a fire show and fireworks to close the evening. Everything is cleared with the venue and with safety requirements.

  • Photo zones and signage

Photo backdrop, seating plan, table numbers, welcome sign, menus and place cards. All of it in one graphic language, down to the typeface on the envelope.

The crew on the day

The people who carry the evening and keep it in the frame.

  • Photography

We match the photographer to your taste: documentary, film aesthetics or a directed shoot. The route of the day is planned so that the light and the locations work for the picture.

  • Videography and drone

A wedding film, a short cut for social media, aerial footage over the sea and the mountains. The videographer works alongside the photographer and stays out of the guests' way.

  • Master of ceremonies

A host who speaks your language: English, Russian, Ukrainian or Georgian. The script is built around you, with no obligatory games or borrowed jokes.

  • Show programme and entertainment

Georgian folk dancers, live performers, a sand or light show, a fire finale. We choose the acts so the evening keeps its rhythm.

  • Musicians and DJ

A string quartet for the ceremony, a live band over dinner, a DJ for the dancing. Sound is matched to the venue, with volume kept in check at open-air locations.

  • Make-up and bridal styling

A trial look in advance, a stylist beside you on the day, hair for your mother and bridesmaids. We allow for coastal humidity so the look holds to the last dance.

Logistics and guests

Everything that makes arriving easy for the people you invited.

  • Catering and banquet

A Georgian supra, a European menu or a blend of the two. We arrange the tasting and work through service, drinks and any particular needs among your guests.

  • Transfers and car rental

Airport pickup in Batumi or Kutaisi, a car for the couple, coaches for guests between hotel, ceremony and dinner. The schedule is tied to the timeline of the day.

  • Guest accommodation

We select hotels and apartments near the venue, hold a block of rooms and help guests check in. You get one list instead of a dozen conversations.

  • Tours and experiences for guests

Wine tours, waterfalls, the cable car, a boat trip along the coast. For guests staying several days we build a programme around the wedding.
