Wedding planner in Batumi
Your wedding in Georgia
Full-service wedding planning in Batumi, Adjara and across Georgia, from the first conversation to the last dance.
Tell us about your weddingWho we are
Lenura's Project is a wedding agency based in Batumi, working here since 2012. We live here, and we know the Adjaran coast, the mountain valleys and the people who make events beautiful.
We take the whole wedding: concept, venue, documents, vendors, decor and the day itself. You can plan it from anywhere in the world and leave the rest with us.
Services
The full cycle, from planning and paperwork to decor, the crew on the day and guest logistics.
- Official registration and documents Marriage registration at the House of Justice takes a single day and is open to foreign citizens. We prepare the paperwork and book a time that suits you. Translations, notarisation and an apostille on the certificate are arranged as well.
- Catering and banquet A Georgian supra, a European menu or a blend of the two. We arrange the tasting and work through service, drinks and any particular needs among your guests.
Local tradition
A wedding the Georgian way
A Georgian wedding is not a costume or a fixed programme. It is a way of spending an evening: a long table, wine from qvevri, a tamada who holds the meaning together, and music that gets people up from their seats. We take what works for your evening and leave the postcard version out of it.
-
The supra
A long table, a tamada and an order of toasts instead of party games. The menu is built from Adjaran cooking and European service, and the wine comes from family growers, the kind that rarely reaches a shop.
-
Polyphony
Three voices without microphones stop the conversation at the table better than any sound system. We place them at the point in the evening when your guests are ready for it, and we keep the set short.
-
Chokha and vyshyvanka
The groom in a white chokha, the bride in an embroidered vyshyvanka: we have had couples like that, and it was not a costume shoot. When two cultures meet in a marriage, both should be visible in the frame rather than one laid over the other.
-
A church wedding and a ceremony by the water
An ancient church half an hour from Batumi and a shore where the sun sets behind the couple: in Georgia both fit into a single day. We agree the church part in advance and build the schedule so there is no rush between them.
Tell us how Georgian you want the day to be, and we will build the rest around that.
Locations
The sea at sunset, a botanical garden, waterfalls in mountain Adjara, family wineries and terraces above Batumi.
The wedding day
Hour by hour
-
Morning
Getting ready
While you have breakfast and dress, the crew is already at the venue with the lights, the chairs, the flowers and the ice. Your stylist and photographer come to you; the coordinator is meeting vendors.
-
Afternoon
The ceremony
By this hour the guests have arrived, been seated and know where to go. The ceremony follows the script you read in advance and lasts exactly as long as it should, with nobody left standing in the sun.
-
Sunset
The golden hour
Twenty minutes, and the reason the location was chosen. We take you away from the guests, down to the sea or out to the cliff while the light holds, and bring you back for the aperitif.
-
Evening
The supra
Tables, toasts, the first dance. The tamada carries the table, the kitchen sends out courses on cue, and the coordinator sees that the cake arrives on time and the microphone stays alive.
-
Night
The finale
A fire show on the shore or cold fountains by the dance floor, if the evening asks for a finale. After that it is only dancing, and the car back to the hotel is ours to call.
The schedule is ours to hold. You do not need to look at a clock that day.
Portfolio

The same person stays with you from the first email to the end of the evening. You never have to explain everything twice.
-
We speak your language
English, Russian, Ukrainian and Georgian. We translate more than words: local rules, timelines and the way things are done here.
-
Vendors we vouch for
Photographers, florists, musicians, catering. Only people we have worked with in person and are willing to answer for.
Testimonials
What couples say
-
We planned the whole thing by messages and calls and flew into Batumi four days before the wedding. By then all that was left was a dress fitting and tasting the cake. Not one question came back to us to solve.
Olha and Maksym, Kyiv -
We live in Tbilisi and thought we knew the coast. They showed us a venue we had never heard of and set the ceremony so the sun went down exactly as we exchanged rings. That light is not something you can plan on your own.
Nino and Giorgi, Tbilisi -
An hour before dinner the weather turned and everything had to move under cover. We found out once we were already at the table, and the guests noticed nothing at all. That is what a team working on home ground is for.
Diana and Timur, Almaty -
We are foreigners, and the paperwork worried us more than the wedding did. The list arrived well in advance, our translations were checked and our slot at the House of Justice was booked for the right morning. We collected the certificate with the apostille the same day and still made lunch by the sea.
Mariana and Pavel, Warsaw -
Our guests came from four countries and by dessert they were sitting at one table as if they had known each other for years. The toasts were translated, no one was left out, and the evening never sagged. People left feeling they had been invited into a home rather than to a wedding.
Maria and Daniel, Tel Aviv
